By creating an account, accessing, or using NexGenLegal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, law firm, government body, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
NexGenLegal is an AI-powered legal and government documentation platform developed by Corverxis Technologies Ltd ("Corverxis", "we", "us"). The Service enables users to generate, draft, and manage legal, legislative, governmental, and financial documents across 180+ jurisdictions using artificial intelligence.
The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessible via web browser. Features include document generation, document storage, MFA security, and optional integration with third-party accounting systems.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
Each account is for a single user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or the free trial is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all accounts.
Access to document generation requires an active paid subscription. We offer the following plans: Solo Practitioner, Law Firm, and Government/Enterprise. Plan features and pricing are listed on the Service at the time of subscription.
Early Access pricing is locked in for the duration of a continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, Early Access pricing may no longer be available.
Subject to these Terms, you own the documents you generate using the Service. Corverxis does not claim ownership of your generated content. However, we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to improve the Service.
While NexGenLegal's AI is instructed to follow IFRS, GAAP, ISA, VCLT, and other applicable professional standards, we make no warranty that any generated document will be accurate, complete, enforceable, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service, including its software, design, user interface, AI models, prompts, and branding, is owned by Corverxis Technologies Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all input data, matter names, case details, and other content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Corverxis a limited licence to process your input solely to generate your requested output and to operate and improve the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Corverxis a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
You acknowledge that documents and information you create or upload may be sensitive or confidential. Corverxis will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You should not input information classified above the sensitivity level appropriate for a cloud-hosted SaaS platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corverxis Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corverxis Technologies Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; (c) any content you submit to the Service; or (d) any reliance on AI-generated documents without appropriate professional review.
You may close your account at any time. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you: materially breach these Terms; engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions; or fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and notify you by email to your registered address at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
