2How We Use Your Information

Primary Purposes

• Generating, formatting, and delivering the legal and government documents you request
• Operating your account, free trial allowance, and subscription billing
• Providing customer support and responding to your enquiries

Secondary Purposes

• Improving NexGen Ultra's document quality and jurisdiction coverage (using de-identified, aggregated patterns only)
• Platform security, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring
• Legal and regulatory compliance

3AI-Generated Documents

NexGenLegal uses a third-party large language model API to generate document drafts based on your inputs. Important points about this process:

• Document prompts and generated content are processed through the API solely to produce your requested output
• We do not use your document content to train any AI model
• Generated documents are provided "as-is" and must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use — NexGenLegal is a drafting aid, not a substitute for legal advice
• You retain ownership of the documents you generate and any content you input

4Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party for marketing purposes.

5Data Security

• Encryption: TLS in transit; encrypted storage at rest
• Access controls: Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) available on every account
• Password security: Passwords are hashed and never stored or transmitted in plain text
• Payment security: All card data is handled directly by Stripe — Corverxis never stores your full card number
• Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring for unauthorised access and abuse

6Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes
• Saved documents: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
• Deletion requests: Honoured within 30 days, except where retention is legally required

7Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU/UK users and CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you have the right to:

1. Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

As a global platform serving customers across 180+ jurisdictions, your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards to protect data transferred internationally, consistent with GDPR requirements for EU/EEA users.

9Cookies & Tracking

• Essential cookies: Required for login sessions and core platform functionality
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics to improve the product
• No third-party ad tracking: NexGenLegal does not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data

10Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial

Free trial document generation is limited as displayed on the platform at time of signup and may be changed at our discretion. Abuse of the free trial (e.g. creating multiple accounts to bypass limits) may result in account suspension.

Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Early Access pricing is locked in for the duration of continuous subscription and may not be available to accounts that lapse and resubscribe after the Early Access period ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexGenLegal to generate documents for unlawful purposes, to impersonate any person or entity, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the platform without authorisation.

11Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corverxis Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated document content without professional review.
